The technician that came was friendly, informative and efficient. He explained everything he was doing while servicing my system, and told me things to watch out for. This is the second time dealing with him and I would recommend this company. They are quick to respond and do good work at a fair price.
The technician (Matthew) arrived as scheduled and knew his craft. The company owner (Andy) stopped by to see how things were going. They were thorough and effective in evaluating the system. I really appreciate their efforts!

And , if they were running behind, they made sure to update us . And , unlike some other techs, they actually let you know what is happening to your equipment. THEY TALK!!! We had our heating and air system serviced, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The technician was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Prompt and professional. Staff was excellent to deal with and instilled confidence they would back up their work. Work was to repair refrigeration line after another HVAC Co installed it poorly leaving it touching the roof sheathing. A trap waiting to happen. Needless to say, when house was reroofed in January, roofing nail punctured the liquid line. Original company that did the install quoted repair work to be $500 to $1600 more than Solstice and did not accept any responsibility. The roofing company referred me to Solstice and they did not disappoint and beat their “ not to exceed “estimate. Would recommend and had their technician affix their label to my equipment so I would have their contact information readily handy. Will exclusively use their services in the future because they stand behind their words.

Wonderful customer service and also the technician who came to access my HVAC system. My husband us a Viet Nam Vet and they were able to give us Veterans discount. I'd choose to work with this company again and refer them to anyone! We are so thankful for this wonderful company
This is truly a great local business to deal with. I'm even out of town and had an issue with my heater. I called and set up an appointment. The gentleman Ryan sent Mathew over to inspect and repair my heater. Mathew was on time and went through the system. I wanted to try and resuscitate the thing so Mathew did what he thought might get it running. Well it worked for about an hour. My wife called him back and he was back over within a couple hours. At that point he could see the motor to my furnace wasnt operating properly. He had the parts on hand and got my system back up and running. They are reasonable honest and will do an outstanding job.
